Chair yoga is suitable for everyone who wants to improve their health & well-being. Chairs & other props, such as blocks, may be used to support your practice throughout class. Some benefits of this restorative style of movement include: improved mobility, strength, balance, circulation, respiration, digestion, & clarity of mind. We will focus on spinal mobility & core body strength through the use of postures & movement.
